Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy can be beneficial at any time for any reason. Your time in session is for you, and I am here to help with what you need. Sessions can be structured to work on particular needs, but if we need to change directions to help manage current stressors, we are able to do so. My goal is for you to walk out of session feeling a sense of direction and relief.

Couples Therapy
My goal is to work with both individuals together toward building a healthier relationship through creating routines, improving communication, increasing problem solving skills, increasing overall intimacy, and working through any identified concerns. Relationships can be difficult and require work, as well as room for growth and change. I will meet you both where you are, and work to find where you want to be.

Telehealth
With the option of teletherapy, we can be flexible with appointment times and you can engage in your session wherever is convenient for you- at home, in the breakroom, and even in your car. I offer a variety of appointment days and times so we can find what works best for you. With easy-to-use HIPPA compliant software you can you use your computer, phone, or even your tablet. Teletherapy allows for flexibility and comfort, while still ensuring complete confidentiality. Individual and couples therapy can be completed with telehealth. Telehealth can be how therapy is done consistently, it can be used intermittently, or not at all depending on your preference.
